Here is the fingering chart for Key of F and also a few exercises. You can use the alternate fingering for high E, but I only gave one fingering to make it easier to read. Practice your G scale also to get the contrast between playing with one flat and no sharps (Key of F) and one sharp and no flats (Key of G).
